It's the off-season which is the season in which we spend the most time head-down planning all of the upcoming weddings for the year. So when we have the opportunity to emerge from our planning cave into the daylight to design and execute a non-wedding event, it's best to get out and stretch our wings.
We were honored to partner with an incredible cast of local artisans for this feast that included handmade wooden serving platters from John Francis Designs, a signature chai from Curio Spice and a variety of foods from local farms and purveyors (like Buckle Farm, New Deal Fish Market and Formaggio Kitchen) to create a finely curated feast for the eyes and the taste buds.
And lucky for us, we had the incomparable Elizabeth Laduca onboard to capture it all on camera. Catrine Kelly did some insane food styling for us that tied everything together perfectly. I'm SO in love with this event!!!
As the icing on the cake, T.E.L.L. New England was kind enough to feature our event in their latest publication. All in all, this event was another dream come true.
What else are we working on? Oh, just a little photoshoot starring hand-crafted pottery from Courage Goods featuring designs from the Portland Apron Company. Stay tuned for this sick shoot in June!
